Everyday, more than 200 students find their way into Café Nexus in the corner of CBS on Solbjerg Plads for a cup of coffee and a short break during the day. In the afternoon we open up the beer taps and a more cozy atmosphere flows into the room. Does this sound like the perfect surroundings for your next event? Then let’s create it together! Every week the many network organizations and student unions at CBS are hosting a variety of small and big events in the Café for up to 149 people. The activities include open events to gather students and private events reserved for invited guest, members or students. The café can be set up in a number of different ways to ensure that it fits your event perfectly.

We've hosted several different kinds of events at Café Nexus ranging from Networking events with a café like setup to Drag Bingo with a stage for a fabulous performance. Have a look at our past events and the floor plan of our Café. And remember that we are available to design the best solution that fits your needs as well as all safety regulations.

Open Events During Regular Opening Hours (08h-18h)	Free of Charge
Open Events Outside Regular Opening Hours (18h-23h)	200 DKK Per Hour
Private Events During Regular Opening Hours (08h-18h)	400 DKK Per Hour
Private Events Outside Regular Opening Hours (18h-23)	300 DKK Per Hour

Our Prices always include IT/AV Equipment, Sound Systhem, Microphones and Bartending Services.

Extras can be added, including:

Open Bar (Pre-paid, or open tab)
Drink Tickets
Possibility of Booking a DJ through us.
